Applying to the Online Master of Public Health Program

The OHSU School of Nursing has an online application process. Paper applications are not accepted. Please select the MPH application to complete and submitt.

The application is simple to use and has a great new feature; applicants will be able to track their application progress. You will be able to see when items you've submitted such as transcripts, have been received by the Registrar’s Office and when a decision has been made.

Preparing to Apply

Please gather and/or prepare the following materials for submitting your application, click on each link for detailed information:

Step 1: Review the application deadlines page

Step 2: Gather all Transcripts

Step 3: Request and gather three Letters of Recommendation

Step 4: Request Graduate Record Exam (GRE) scores be sent to OHSU.

Step 5: Required statistics prerequisite: MPH applicants must have successfully passed a statistics course with a grade of "C" or better prior to matriculation. The statistics course will not count toward the degree requirements in the student's program of study.
