OHSU School of Nursing: Master's Degree Program

An official copy of your Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores.
The scores must be sent directly from the Educational Testing Service to the Registrar's Office and upon arrival will be matched with your application.
As a precautionary measure, you should request an official copy of your GRE score for your files.
Plan to take the GRE at least 4-6 weeks prior to the application deadline.

The GRE code for OHSU School of Nursing is 4900.
If you have taken GRE's and have an official copy please include it with your application.
If you have taken the GRE's and have a "copy" of your offical GRE scores please include the copy with your application along with the GRE WAIVER FORM.
