In addition to the required health service fee, all students are required
to demonstrate proof of coverage with major medical insurance at levels
required by the university and sign a statement agreeing to keep the
insurance current during the enrollment period. The university offers
an optional medical insurance plan available to students at an estimated

Portland
Since parking is scarce on the OHSU campus and student parking is discouraged,
students are encouraged to take public transportation. OHSU provides
a Tri-Met (MAX and buses) passes to students for a reduced fee. Day
parking passes can be purchased for $10 per day from the parking department.
