Application opening and closing dates vary for each program. Please review the application deadlines page for more information about opening and closing dates.
Please note that the OHSU School of Nursing has many programs. Application fees for applications submitted to incorrect programs will not be refunded.

- Review the program instructions for your specific application and make sure to complete all prerequisite courses.
- Applicants to the School of Nursing only need to apply to the School of Nursing and will not need another application submitted separately to OHSU.

- If you do not know which application type you are looking for, please review the application instructions for your program.
- If you do not see your application type on the drop down list, please review the opening and closing dates of the application. Programs that are no longer accepting applications will not show up on the drop down list.
- Do not submit another application type in an effort to apply to an application that is not open. Your application fee for an incorrect application will not be refunded.
