Program Staff

Director

Patrice Eiff, MD, Professor of Family Medicine directs the TALENT Program. Dr. Eiff is Director of Faculty Development in the Department of Family Medicine and has extensive academic program design and development experience. She is the Leadership Director for the OHSU National Center of Excellence in Women’s Health (CoE) and served as the Chair of the Women in Academic Medicine Committee for 5 years. Dr. Eiff works closely with the Associate Dean for Faculty Development and Faculty Affairs in developing leadership programs for all SOM faculty.

Dr. Eiff joined the OHSU Family Medicine department in 1990. She received her M.D. degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1983 and completed her family medicine residency at Duke University Medical Center in 1986. Following residency, Dr. Eiff completed a one-year faculty development fellowship at Duke.
