Representation of Women Report
Each year, the Director and Coordinator of TALENT compile, compare,
and assemble an annual Representation of Women Report measured against
the respective national benchmarks tabulated by the Association
of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). This process is intended to
measure the success of SOM efforts to support the retention and
promotion of women faculty.
