Program Goals
- Improve pathways to leadership and leadership development for
women faculty.
- Provide faculty with enhanced leadership and management skills
through seminars and workshops with OHSU faculty and outside speakers.
- Provide mentoring to existing faculty members through enhanced
networking and group training for mentor-protégé
pairs.
- Monitor progress in the recruitment, retention, promotion, and
overall quality of life of women faculty in the School of Medicine.
