Health Education: Offering personnel and materials aimed at keeping you healthy and informed.

Interpreter Services: Multilingual Interpreter Services Available. Please request an interpreter when making your appointment.

Laboratory: On-site routine sample collection and laboratory testing.

Minor Emergency Care: To care for your unforeseen medical emergencies including minor lacerations and treatment of fractures.

Nutrition Services: Offering dietary nutritional counseling for pediatrics through adults.

Surgery: Including vasectomies, minor gynecological and dermatological surgeries.

X-rays: Chest and extremity x-rays; fracture evaluation on site.

Appointments

Please call 503-418-3900 to schedule an appointment. If this is your first visit to our clinic, please arrive fifteen minutes early to allow for registration. We do not accept walk-in appointments, however an appointment can be made for you.

For your convenience, a member of our staff is always available for urgent medical issues. To contact a care provider after clinic hours, call 503-494-8211. Your emergency call will be returned as soon as possible.

Our staff is trained to answer your questions. If you need medical advice, call us at 503-418-3900. A nurse will return your call within the clinic day.

We want to make sure you have the medications you need. Before your prescription runs out, please call your pharmacist to check if refills are available. If your medication is not refillable, the pharmacist will notify us. depending on the prescription, we may need to call you or have you come in for an appointment before we fill your prescription.

Authorization to refill routine medications can not be made after clinic hours or on Fridays.
