Keith White, M.D.
Dr. White attended OHSU and earned his M.D. in 1976. He continued at OHSU and graduated from his family practice residency in 1979. Currently, Keith resides in Monmouth, Oregon, where he has a private practice. In addition, he works at OHSU as an Adjunct Associate Professor with the Department of Family Practice, as well as doing monthly shifts at Valley Community Hospital in Dallas, Oregon. Keith is a consultant to both the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners and the Physician Renewal Program, O.M.A. In the past Dr. White has served as Director of Grand Rounds and Chairman of the Department of Family Practice at Salem Hospital in Salem, Oregon.
