Faculty Development Courses:

The primary goal of the faculty development courses in the Department of Family Medicine is skill building for primary faculty. These courses provide both basic and advanced skill development in four major areas: Teaching, Scholarship, Leadership/Management, and Personal/Professional. Participation in the courses allows faculty to enhance their skills in an colleagial environment and provides an opportunity for in-depth skill building. Courses are designed to meet the faculty development needs of a broad range of faculty from fellows and junior faculty to senior experienced faculty.
