• Enrollment Verification – Current Students
  The Office of Admissions and Student Affairs processes all requests for enrollment verification. Requests may be made in person or in writing. In most cases, forms are provided by the organization requesting verification. Please allow 5 business days for requests to be processed.
   
• Graduation Verification - Graduates
  The Registrar of the School of Dentistry is only able to verbally confirm the name, subject area and date of an earned degree. If an employer or state licensing board requires additional information such as class rank or GPA, the graduate is then required to either order an official transcript, or submit a formal request in writing.
