A reasonable radiographic differential Dx:
24 year old female with: With a 0.5 cm diameter pale nodule in the facial attached gingiva between teeth #s 27 & 28.
A reasonable clinical differential Dx:
This person has: A multilocular radiolucency extending from the midline of the mandible to the apical region of tooth #31.
A reasonable radiographic differential Dx:
This case was actually a glandular odontogenic cyst, which is rare and shouldn't have been included in the radiographic differential diagnosis. This case was c/o Dr. Robert Goode
This young man: Has a well-circumscribed pale area in the maxillary labial vestibule with sparse black hairs.
A reasonable clinical differential Dx:
This 16 year old man has: A well-circumscribed radiolucent area with scattered radiopacities associated with impacted tooth #28. It involves the mandible and from tooth #26 to tooth #30.
A reasonable radiographic differential Dx:
This young man has: A multilocular radiolucency involving the entire right ramus and posterior body of the mandible. The lesion is associated with an impacted molar and there is radiographic and clinical expansion of the mandible. In addition this patient has palmer pitting
