Case #1:

This person presented with: An irregular2.2 x 2.0 cm radiopacity around the roots of tooth #19. The roots are well defined in the lesion.

A reasonable radiographic differential Dx: 


Case #2:

24 year old male with: With 2.5 x 1.0 x 0.4 pink, papillary, exophytic area on the right posterior lateral border of the tongue.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:


Case #3:

This 40 year old man has: Clusters of pinhead sized, slightly raised, white/yellow specks on the buccal mucosa.

A reasonable clinical Dx:


Case #4:

This 54 year old man has: A 0.4 cm, bluish submucosal nodule in the right lower lip.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:


Case #5:

This 60 year old man has: Rough-surfaced leukoplakia involving the alveolar crest of the edentulus right mandibular molar region and the edentulous space of teeth #s 18, 19, & 20.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:


Case #6:

This 58 year old female has: Red, areas of depapillation in a "geographic" lobular pattern over the dorsum of the tongue and red flat areas with serpeginous pale borders involving the ventral tongue and floor of the mouth.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:
