Case #1:

This 14 year old boy presented with: A sublingual mass filling the entire floor of the mouth. It has a pale color showing through the mucosa.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:


Case #2:

This 60 year old woman has: Desquamative gingivitis. There is generalized red and eroded marginal maxillary gingiva and focal areas of the mandibular gingiva

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:


Case #3:

This person has: Generalized pale lumpy swelling of the attached gingiva with erythematous patches.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:

This case was a WESTOP '96 contribution


Case #4:

This middle-aged man has: A patchy leukoplakia involving the middle portion of the right lateral and ventral tongue. There are areas of redness and yellow exudate.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:


Case #5:

This child presented with: White nodules, each about 2 mm in diameter, at the junction of the hard and soft palate and the posterior hard palate midline.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:


Case #6:

This young boy has: A 0.8 x 0.8 cm submucosal blue/grey swelling of the mandibular ridge in the area of unerupted/absent tooth #26.
