Case #1:

24 year old woman presented with: a wrinkled clinical leukoplakia involving the entire right mandibular buccal vestibule.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:

This case is c/o Dr. Baldev Singh


Case #2:

17 year old boy with: bilateral multilocular radiolucencies of the mandible involving the entire ramus areas.

A reasonable radiographic differential Dx:


Case #3:

40 year old woman with: generalized patchy brown pigmentation involving the skin of the face.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:


Case #4:

This 10 year old boy has: Scattered small collapsed vesicles and ulcers, each about 2 m in diameter, of the facial and chest skin and gingiva and tongue.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:

This case is c/o Dr. Mike Curran


Case #5:

This 28 year old man presented with: A 1.2 x 0.6 cm, pale, fleshy, papillary growth on the facial gingiva of tooth #17

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:

*the papillary nature would tend not to support these diagnosis


Case #6:

This 38 year old man has: A 1.6 cm diameter sessile swelling on the left dorsum of the tongue that is slightly pale.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:

This case turned out to be scar from previous trauma
