Case #1:

34 year old woman presented with: A 2.0 cm red dome-shaped mass on the facial gingiva between #28 & #29.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:


Case #2:

11 year old boy with: A 5.0 x 3.0 cm swelling of the left submandibular area; the overlying skin is normal colored.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:

Case #3:

22 year old man with: A 1.5 cm diameter well-circumscribed radiopacity involving the roots of # 18 and causing root resorption.

A reasonable radiographic differential Dx:


Case #4:

This 50 year old woman has: Prominent generalized dusky swelling of the entire lower lip and chin area.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:

Case #5:

This 48 year old black woman presented with: Multiple radioopaque areas circumscribed with radiolucency in the periapical areas of the mandibular anterior teeth.

A reasonable radiographic differential Dx:


Case #6:

This 76 year old man has: White pebbly attached and free gingiva involving the facial and lingual marginal gingiva of the right mandibular teeth.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:
