Case #1:

52 year old man presented with: a 1.0 x 0.7 cm multilocular radiolucency between teeth #s 22 & 23.

A reasonable radiographic differential Dx:


Case #2:

48 year old man with: a 6 x 4 x 3 cm normal colored subcutaneous swelling anterior to the sternocleidomastoid muscle below the left angle of the mandible.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:


Case #3:

60 year old woman with: a patchy leukoplakia involving the entire soft palate.

A reasonable clinical Dx:


Case #4:

This 35 year old woman has: A patchy red eroded and brown lesions on the anterior hard palate in the incisor and bicuspid area.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:


Case #5:

This 48 year old man presented for dental treatment: He was noted to have generalized yellow discoloration of the skin.

A reasonable clinical Dx:

Case #6:

This 40 year old man has: Generalized red hyperplastic attached gingiva. Also there is generalized white accretions on all of the teeth.
