Case #1:

28 year old male presented with:
two round ulcers at the labial comissure and one at the lateral dorsum of the tongue. They are covered with a grey membrane and have an erythematous halo. The largest is 4 mm and the smallest is 2 mm in diameter.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:


Case #2:

31 year old female with:
a 8 x 6 cm multilocular radiolucency involving impacted tooth #32.

A reasonable radiographic differential Dx:


Case #3:

40 year old man with:
generalized yellow irregular coloration and thin enamel involving the crowns of the teeth.

A reasonable clinical Dx:


Case #4:

This 30 year old man has:
A 2 cm diameter hemispherical pale swelling of the facial alveolus between #21 & #22.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:

*radiographic findings would be helpful


Case #5:

This 55 year old man has:
Stiff and imobile tongue with a pale 4 x 3 x 1 cm mass on the left lateral border.

A reasonable clinical differential Dx:

Case #6:

This 28 year old male has:
A 5 x 4 x 3 cm red bilobed mass in the right maxillary molar region.
