Education and Background:

David L. May received his D.M.D. (1968) from Oregon Health Sciences University and his Certificate of Orthodontics and Ph.D. (1972) from the University of Kentucky. He joined the department as a part-time Assistant Professor in 1975.

Teaching & Professional Affiliations:

Dr. May teaches and supervises the department's graduate orthodontic students. He also maintains his own private practice, as well as memberships with Sigma Xi, Omicron Kappa Upsilon and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
