Please see below for the SPA Org Hierarchy Contact List. This is a listing of
contact names for each OHSU organizational unit,
as maintained by Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA). The information will also be
used for pre-award purposes during OHSU's InfoEd
implementation, for setting up initial user security for department administrators and
reviewers (e.g. Deans, Dept. Chairs, Directors).
If your unit's org is not listed on the SPA Org Hierarchy Contact List, please
fill out a SPA New Org Contact Form (see below) and
submit to SPA. If data is incorrect and requires updates, please fill out an Org
Contact Change Request Form (see below) and submit
to SPA. See the forms for additional details.
