A Randomized Phase III Trial Comparing Axillary Lymph Node Dissection to Axillary Radiation in Breast Cancer Patients (cT1-3 N1) Who have Positive Sentinel Lymph Node Disease After Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy
The purpose of this study is to determine if radiation to lymph nodes after chemotherapy is inferior to dissection of lymph nodes after chemotherapy.
18+ years of age, undergone chemotherapy, cancer-positive lymph nodes identified during surgery or at final pathology, no other cancer within 5 years, not pregnant or nursing.
