A Multi-Center Biologic Assignment Trial Comparing Reduced Intensity Allogeneic Hematopoietic Cell Transplant to Hypomethylating Therapy or Best Supportive Care in Patients Aged 50-75 with Intermediate-2 and High Risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Study Purpose

This study is being done to compare the results of people with MDS who have a “mini transplant” or receive any other type of therapy or other care. The study will compare how long people live, how long people live without leukemia and their general quality of life

Age 50-75 years old

People who are 50-75 years year old with a history of high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS)
