The Oregon nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) cohort; immune correlates of pulmonary NTM disease progression
The purpose of this study is to discover the difference in immune response to nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) between those who develop progressive disease and those who do not.
- Over 18 years of age.
- Not HIV positive
- Diagnosed with nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) infection
- Never diagnosed with nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) infection
- Healthy or lung disease (COPD or bronchiectasis)
- Over age 50 preferred

two days one year apart; less than 1 hour each visit
