Duration of Participation
This study requires 10 visits to the OHSU Center for Health & Healing at Portland's South Waterfront. It also requires the completion of daily fall calendars for at least 3 weeks before the start of class during the entire 8-week class program, and for 8 weeks following the end of class. Total participation time is at least 19 weeks but will be longer if you enrolled more than 3 weeks prior to the start of class. Each visit to CHH will last 2 hours or less and occur once per week.
