Study Purpose

To provide regorafenib to subjects diagnosed with metastatic and/or unresectable GIST who have progressed after standard therapy

Eligibility Criteria

1. Male or female age 18 or older
2. Confirmed metastatic and/or unresectable GIST
3. At least imatinib and sunitinib as prior treatment regimens

Age Range

18 - 100

Until disease progression or unacceptable side effects
