SKIN BARRIER FUNCTION ASSESSMENT IN RARE DISEASES CAUSED BY ABNORMAL STEROL AND ISOPRENOID METABOLISM: A PILOT STUDY
The purpose of this study is to determine the differences in the skin barrier function of subjects with SLS or SLOS versus subjects with normal skin.
Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome, Sjögren-Larsson syndrome, control group with normal skin
You must have a confirmed diagnosis of SLOS or SLS. Subjects not affected by skin barrier disorders and be at least six months old
