Study Purpose

Determine the efficacy of Lorvotuzumab Mertansine (IMGN901) in combination with carboplatin/etoposide followed by IMGN901 alone as first-line treatment for patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer (SCLC)

Medical Condition(s)

Extensive stage small cell lung cancer (SCLC)

Eligibility Criteria

1. Male or female aged 18 years or older
2. Histologically confirmed SCLC and extensive disease
3. At least one measurable lesions

Age Range

18 - 100

Healthy Volunteers Needed

No

Duration of Participation

All subjects will receive carboplatin and etoposide for up to 18 weeks. Subjects will continue to take the study drug until disease progression or intolerable side effects.
