North American Study of Epistaxis in HHT (NOSE)

Study Purpose

The purpose of this study is to learn if the following nose sprays could reduce the frequency of nosebleeds in subjects with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT): estriol, tranexamic acid, and bevacizumab.

hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT)

Eligibility Criteria

-Those with nosebleeds that last at least 1 minute long (on average) and occurs at least once a week when averaged during past 8 weeks
-18 years or older

Age Range

18 - 100

Healthy Volunteers Needed

Duration of Participation

24 weeks total, with 12 weeks of treatment period and 12 weeks off therapy
