Smith-Lemli-Opitz Syndrome: A Clinical Investigation of the Effect of Simvastatin in Patients Receiving Cholesterol Supplementation

Study Purpose

The purpose of this study is to learn if a drug called simvastatin improves the development and behavior of patients with Smith-Lemli-Opitz Syndrome (SLOS) receiving dietary cholesterol supplementation.

Eligibility Criteria

-males and females 1 year and older
-confirmed diagnosis of Smith-Lemli-Opitx Syndrome (SLOS)

1 - 89
