Study Purpose

The purpose of this study is to find out more about how Smith-Lemli-Opitz Syndrome (SLOS) affects body chemistry and health with the use of cholesterol supplementation.

Smith-Lemli-Opitz Syndrome

Eligibility Criteria

Subjects must be diagnosed with Smith-Lemli-Opitz Syndrome. Males and females of all ages will be accepted into the study. Subjects must be willing to travel to OHSU or another STAIR site.

0 - 85

Healthy Volunteers Needed

Duration of Participation

5 years.
