Training Registration

InfoEd Full Training Course

Topics Included: creating new proposals in InfoEd, profile maintenance, routing, review/approval, and submission

Audience: PIs and Department Administrators

The training sessions are 4 hours long and cover how to create proposals in InfoEd as well as the electronic routing, approval, and submission process. The courses will be interactive and you will be able to login to InfoEd and follow along. Please bring your Novell ID and password, as it is required to login to InfoEd. If you don't know or have forgotten your Novell login information, please contact the ITG HelpDesk at 494-2222 in advance of the training session.
 
To register for the InfoEd Full Training Session, please contact Lisa Shook (shookl@ohsu.edu). Registration is required in order to attend a session, as the rooms have a limited capacity. Training sessions will be held on the dates and times below.

InfoEd Routing/Approval Course

Topics Included: profile maintenance, routing, review/approval, and submission

Audience: Department Reviewers/Approvers (e.g. Deans, Chairs, Directors, Division Managers)

Anyone who reviews and approves PPQ's for NIH electronic grant submissions are encouraged to attend this training. Alternatively, a department administrator can attend either this or the full training course, and provide instruction to the reviewer/approver.
