eIRB Links Failing in E-Mail Notifications
This article provides a solution for the issue of failing links in e-mail notifications
being sent out by the eIRB system.
The problem of failing links in e-mail notifications sent out by the eIRB system
will occur if the e-mail is being viewed in the 'Plain Text' View as opposed to the 'HTML' view.

In order to resolve this issue when viewing e-mail messages through your
GroupWise client please follow the steps below:
- Please click on 'View' on the Menu.

- Please click on the 'HTML' option on the drop-down menu.

The e-mail will now be displayed properly in the 'HTML' view and the links will be functional.
