General Conference Information
Check-in
Conference registrants need to check in at the Conference Information
Desk at the times and locations listed below:

When you check-in, you will receive a nametag and packet with conference
materials.
Conference Meals
Your conference registration fee includes breakfast and lunch on the
conference days registered. If you have made special dietary requests,
you should inform the server of your needs at the time you are seated
for the plated meals. If you have special dietary needs that you did
not identify during registration, please stop by the Conference Registration
Desk to inform conference staff.
You are on your own for dinner. A list of nearby restaurants is available
at the Conference Registration Desk.
Breaks
Beverages and snacks will be provided each day during the breaks. Please
consult the program schedule for locations.
Name Tags
Conference registrants are asked to wear their name tag at all times,
both as a courtesy to other attendees, and as an indication to the conference
staff that you are a participating member of this conference.
Conference Evaluation
A conference evaluation form for Day 1 and Day 2 are in your conference
binder. Please fill them out and deposit in the marked “Evaluation
Box” located at the Conference Registration Desk
.
Continuing Education
Certificates of attendance will be issued for each day of the conference.
To apply attendance at the conference towards CIP (Certified IRB Professional)
recertification please contact the
