The PAR Toolkit was created by members of two working teams, the Making It Real or (MIR) MIR Development Team and the MIR Feedback Team.

Both Teams were comprised of individuals associated with various UCEDDs from across the U.S.

The MIR Development Team was comprised of eight team members which included UCEDD staff and Community Advisory Council (CAC) members.

The MIR Feedback Team was comprised of six members, all of which were members of COCA's Steering Committee and employees of the UCEDD in their state.

All MIR Team members are dedicated individuals committed to increasing PAR practices in all the UCEDDs across the nation in order for them to more efficiently and effectively include people with disabilities and family members in all their research endeavors.
