Emily Walsh, MPH
Emily Sabine Walsh, MPH, is a Research Associate with the RRTC: Health and Wellness Center. She earned her MPH with an emphasis on health promotion from Portland State University through the Oregon MPH program in June of 2008. She received her BA in psychology from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN in 2004.
Ms. Walsh contributes to several research projects under Strand One
of the RRTC's activities, all of which are focused on issues related
to
health care access and health promotion for people with disabilities.
She is primarily responsible for the coordination of the Promoting
Access to Health Services (PATHS) study.
Outside of her interests in the area of public health, Ms. Walsh enjoys
exercising, embroidering, trying new recipes, and reading fashion
magazines.
