Clinical Psychology Internship in Developmental Disabilities and Pediatric Psychology

Stipend & Benefits

The training program is supported by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau of the Department of Health and Human Services following Public Health Service regulations, as well as other sources. During the 2011-2012 training year, the stipend will be at least $18,000. Many years, core stipend is increased through various contracts and/or hiring arrangements, but cannot be guaranteed. Faculty members remain committed to identifying resources to support trainee stipends, and continue to work to identify additional avenues for increasing stipend support.

Along with the stipend, interns receive medical benefits, a monthly bus pass, two weeks vacation, and two weeks for professional activities (i.e., dissertation defense, conferences, job interviews).
