The PI Report provides a monthly high-level summary of project status, including period budget, period expenses
(current month and period to date), project personnel and, something very new to Oracle reports, projected expenses.
The goal of this report is to provide a monthly estimate of the "available balance" at the end of the budget period.
You will find a sample of the report, along with a detailed description of the data and calculations, as well as,
instructions for running the report and a list of who to contact if you have questions; on the SPA Web Site at

- Click on the AIS Logo (top left corner of screen -
see Fig. 1)
- Log in to Oracle (see Fig. 2)
- Username - Your e-mail address name
- Password - Same as the password you use for your Benefits - or - Select "Forgot your password", supply
requested information and click "Reset password"
- Click on "OGA Inquiry OHSU" (see Fig. 3)
- Click on "Run" (under Reports - see Fig. 4)
- Click "OK" on the "Submit a new request" popup (see Fig. 5)
- Make sure the "Single Request" radio button is selected
- Click on the right end of the "Name" box (...) on the "Submit Request" popup (see Fig 6)
- Find and click "ZGMS: PI Report" on the "Reports" popup and click "OK" (see Fig 7)
- Click "OK" on the "Parameters" popup (see Fig. 8)
- This will run the PI Report for all of your projects for the most recent closed Period (month).

- Click "Submit" button (see Fig. 9)
- Click "Refresh" button periodically until "Phase" says "Completed"(see Fig. 10)
- Click "View Output" button (see Fig. 11)
- Click "Save" button (see Fig. 12)
- Save PDF file under name and in location of your choice (see Fig 13)
- View your PDF file
