	Tuition for Summer 2009 for students entering their 1st or 2nd year is 50% of the above 1st year tuition amounts (resident $3655/non-resident $5970).
	Tuition for Summer 2009 for students entering their 3rd or 4th year is 50% of the above 3rd or 4th year tuition amounts (resident $3376/non-resident $5753).
	Students needing to finish graduation requirements during Summer 2009 or beyond will be charged full tuition and fees for every subsequent term enrolled until all graduation requirements
	have been completed.
	Dentistry is a flat fee lock-step program and not available on a part-time basis unless approved by the Dean for unusual circumstances.

	Graduate students are assessed tuition and fees for four terms per academic year.

*The Disability Insurance Fee, the ASDA Dues Fee and the Drug Test Fee are charged Fall Term only.
**Students are required to purchase OHSU major medical insurance or a policy approved by OHSU.  There is an OHSU major medical insurance waiver option available.  For waiver

**The Major Medical rate represents 3 months of coverage.  The Fall term Major Medical rate for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year DMD students and Dental Graduate students is $857.56.
The Spring term Major Medical rate for Dental Graduate students is $428.78.  The Summer 2009 rate for all students will be determined according to the 2009-10 Academic Calendar.
