NOTES: Full-time Masters students pay the per credit tuition rate of $625 for all credits in excess of 12 during a term.  Non-matriculated
students pay the per credit tuition rate of $625 for all credits taken during a term.
Full-time OGI students are required to purchase OGI SOSE student medical insurance or a policy approved by OHSU. 
The student insurance requirement may be satisfied if the student shows satisfactory proof of equivalent insurance coverage
and signs a waiver form within the first 15 days of the term.  Waiver forms must be renewed each year by July 1.
The Student Health Insurance Plan fee changes annually, effective in the Summer term.
A Student Health Insurance plan with higher benefits may be purchased for a quarterly cost of $777.27 (for student only coverage).
OMSE courses are billed at $450.00 per credit hour for OMSE students matriculated into the OMSE program prior to Fall 2003. 
A lab fee of $300 per quarter will apply to all full-time Master students admitted into the Environmental and Biomolecular Systems
department after August 22, 2005.
