rate X number of months in term). The
above rate reflects a 3 month term.
Fall term |

are: major medical = $868.48, dental = $91.40, vision = $31.28. |

Lab fees are assessed for specific
masters-level courses, in addition to the fees shown above. Students eligible
for the OHSU employee tuition benefit are required |

to pay lab

A fee of $40 per credit is assessed
for all masters research/practice improvement project credits, in addition to
the fees shown above. |
