Major
Medical/Vision/Dental Insurance is based on the length of the term (monthly
rate X number of months in term). The
above rate reflects a 3 month term.
Fall Term rates are: |

major medical = $868.48,
dental = $91.40, vision = $31.28. |
|
|
|
|
The NSNA Dues and the Student
Activity Fee are charged Fall, Winter and Spring terms only. |
|
|
|
|
Students eligible for the OHSU
employee tuition benefit are required to pay lab fees. |
|
|
|
|
The NSNA dues are optional and can
be waived with a written request. |
|
|
|
|
Nonresident students who are
residents of counties adjacent to the Oregon border in California, Idaho,
Nevada or Washington pay the Resident Instruction Fee. |
|
|
|
|
Students admitted to the Graduate
Entry Program pay tuition and fees at the rates shown in this table during
the first five terms of their program of study. Thereafter, Graduate Entry |
|
students' tuition and fees are
assessed based on the fee schedule for the graduate program. |
|
|
|
|
Senior nursing students are required
to pay a $50 fee for the NCLEX Diagnostic Exam. |
