I am pleased to introduce to you the first of its kind, the OHSU Research Center for Gender-Based Medicine!
Gender-based research is an exciting, innovative and relatively new area of research. We are inviting you to explore this area in hopes of gaining new insight as to how gender impacts the world we live in.
We have always known that there are obvious physical and emotional differences in men and women. Our goal is to take this one step further to explore the differences on a physiological and psychophysiological level. I am happy to introduce you to and help guide you through the many services that the RCGBM has to offer. In accomplishing our goals as a Center, we want to create an easy and available way for you to access our services.

Second, we offer research resources and expertise in these six areas:
I invite you to thoroughly explore our website to find out how we can encourage you and support you in your goals and accomplishments in gender-based research.
