| Fingerprinting Services | |
| The Department of Public Safety (DPS) offers fingerprinting services to the OHSU community. Please bring your own finger printing card. We are unable to supply cards. Fingerprinting services are available by appointment only and must be made with the technician who will be doing the fingerprinting. If you are in need of being fingerprinted please call DPS Dispatch at 4-7744 (503-494-7744) and ask to speak with a fingerprint technician. In most cases, appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency appointments and/or appointments at other times may be approved by a fingerprint technician provided a technician is available. Fees: The per-card fee for OHSU staff, students, and affiliates is $10.00. The per-card fee for others is $20.00. The applicable fee must be paid in advance at the Baird Hall cashiers office, and the cashiers’ receipt must be brought and presented to the technician at the time of the appointment. Please have the Baird Hall cashiers office credit the DPS GL Account: 0151-89130-99-4602 when paying for this service. Things to bring to the appointment;
