PHPM 512 Epidemiology I

A substantial amount of material will be contained in the course handouts. You will also have readings assigned from Epidemiology in Medicine by Charles Hennekens and Julie Buring (1st edition, ISBN: 0-316-35636-0)

In addition to the handouts and text readings, you will read a series of concept papers about Epidemiology and its role in Public Health science and practice. These are important in situating epidemiology in its broader context and in developing your thinking as Epidemiologists and Public Health professionals.

Epidemiology III

For Epi III, all readings of original journal articles are provided on E-Reserves.  There is no supporting textbook that you must purchase.
