degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, OHSU requires
that you provide TOEFL and GRE scores.

non-degree basis, paid the $40 application fee, and submitted
a college transcript from the institution where you graduated,
you do not need to pay the fee or request the same transcript
again.

students.
The
program uses the OHSU graduate medicine student fee schedule.
If you wish to apply for financial aid, contact the OHSU Financial
Aid Office at (503) 494-8249. At the present time, there is no financial
aid available for foreign students. Additional information is available
at the financial aid site. Some
scholarship funds are available;
please note application procedures.
Apartments are available nearby and within Portland.
A nearby co-op is another option (contact 503-227-4002 for further
information).
Since parking
is limited on the OHSU campus, students are encouraged to take public
transportation. OHSU subsidizes Tri-Met
bus passes for students.
A current course schedule is posted on this
website. Links are also available to course descriptions and the academic calendar.
Many classes are generally scheduled either early or late in the
day to accommodate students who are working or enrolled in combined
programs. Every attempt is made to avoid conflicts with PSU courses
and core courses offered at both PSU and OHSU. Summer classes
also are offered.
Information about instructors (see the course descriptions section) and faculty
qualified to serve as thesis advisors (graduate advisors and as
a representative of an outside
department) is included in this site. A department faculty directory
is also available.
