The University Health Center is a progressive, accredited health center that provides comprehensive health promotion and primary care to 21,000 students at the University of Oregon.
This position provides independent evaluation, management, treatment, referral and nutrition education to students. Provide efforts in developing, implementing and evaluating campus-wide health education and promotion programs that take into account our National College Health Assessment, Healthy Campus 2020, and overall best practices in college health. Topics may include stress management, eating disorders, body image, alcohol, sexual health, healthy relationships, tobacco cessation, and other topics relevant to college students.
Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Exercise Science or related field; Registered Dietitian, Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population; Competent in presenting to groups. Two years experience providing health promotion services, outreach and nutrition education and counseling is preferred.
Salary range $45,000 to $48,000. Twelve month appointment with excellent fringe benefits.

(Entry Research Assistant I position at .75 FTE)
Hourly Rate: $14
The research assistant would serve as primary coordinator and supervisor of clinical trial activity as directed by the physician/primary investigator. Must have excellent communication skills in a windows environment, and must be a self-starter. Familiarity with health record database systems is helpful. Requires a Bachelor’s degree with major courses in the field of research. Responsible for patient assessment for protocol eligibility, counseling of patients regarding study schemas; study calendar and treatment plan; patient education; coordinating follow-up care and liaison between patients and other members of the healthcare research team. Will be responsible for the supervision of multiple clinical research trials, including: maintenance and submission of patient data; evaluation of protocol activities; maintenance and preparation of quality assurance audits and management of investigational drugs. Ensures timely completion of work for all assigned trials. Must be able to understand regulations from the IRB and the FDA ad be able to make decisions based on that understanding and assure that the protocol is conducted according to these guidelines. It is of paramount importance for the RA to possess all necessary skills to perform clinical trial research studies according to study specifications and protocol.

Research Associate Human Services Research Institute HSRI seeks a full-time Research Associate to work in our Tigard/Tualatin office. We are a small, non-profit research organization that conducts research and evaluation, and provides training and technical assistance, in the fields of child welfare, developmental disabilities, and other human services. We are seeking an individual who can contribute to existing research projects, working with other team members to compile and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, interpret results and lead the development of project deliverables.
