Kelley Fellman, M.D.,
joined the faculty of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
in August 2006. Dr.Fellman obtained her undergraduate degree from
Oregon State University in 1995, and graduated from the University
of Texas Medical School at Houston in 2001. She completed her general
psychiatry training at OHSU in 2005 and her child and adolescent
psychiatry training at OHSU in June 2006. Dr. Fellman is board-certified
in general psychiatry.
Having received training
in Multisystemic Therapy (MST), Dr. Fellman provides psychiatric
consultation at the MST program at Options Counseling Services of
Oregon, Inc. Additionally, she participates in a Greater Oregon
Behavioral Health, Inc. (GOBHI) project in telemedicine, providing
child and adolescent psychiatric services to rural communities.
Dr. Fellman also has a clinical practice in child and adolescent
psychiatry.
