A self-help website is being created by Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) and the National Institutes of Health. Its purpose will be to provide support for distressed spouses/partners of service members who are (or have been) deployed overseas. The website will be designed to provide self-help support for handling the challenges of deployment.

We are currently looking for participants for a discussion group. We want to learn about your experiences as a military spouse. Your feedback will help us determine what kinds of information will be most helpful and should be put into the website.

There will be no cost to you or the clinic that provides your treatment.

This discussion group is for research and website development purposes only. No therapeutic treatment is involved.

Although we think you will probably enjoy the discussion, there may be no therapeutic or other benefits to you for participating in this discussion group. But you may help others like you in the future.

All the information you give us will be kept strictly confidential.
