The National POLST Paradigm Task ForceTask Force MembershipThe task force was convened in September 2004 by the Center for Ethics in Health Care at Oregon Health & Science University. The Board of Directors is comprised of one representative chosen by each state that has an endorsed program. The Board elects officers to the Executive Committee annually and includes legal and emergency medical service consultants.
