OHSU Department of Pharmacy Services proudly offer two ASHP-accredited Residency Programs, with a third program pending accreditation. A total of six positions are available, with four positions offered for practitioners interested in completing a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency, one specialty residency position in PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics and one position in our newest PGY2 program, Health-System Pharmacy Administration/Management. Our programs are highlighted annually at the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting during the Residency Showcase.
